We deliver at the beginning of the academic term (i.e. the first week of classes). Prior to your move, we will email you with a Calendly so you can pick the date that works best for you. You can choose from morning or afternoon, and it is not required to be in the room during delivery. For moves that do not occur during normal move-in times, there will be a $25 fee associated with the move. Please contact us if none of the move-in dates work with your schedule.
NO. University policy does not allow any furniture to be removed from the rooms. For on-campus customers, we take apart the college-owned bed and store it under your new rental. Then, at the end of the rental, we put your old bed back together again! With this storage solution, not much else will be able to be stored under your bed.
After you place an order for your desired timeframe and items, just sit back and relax! Your order confirmation email will have links to schedule your move-in. We then deliver your furniture and assemble it for free! At the end of the term(s), we email you with a form to schedule your move-out. It's as easy as that.

No, as long as we have access to your room, you do not have to be present. We will still be in communication with you before, during, and after moves even if you are not present to ensure prompt updates regarding your product status.
Yes, we offer a semester rental package for both our full and queen-sized beds. Please refer to our products section for more details regarding pricing and availability!
All of our furniture is made of durable materials and should not break. In the unlikely event that due to regular wear and tear that a rental item does break, we will come fix it right away at no cost to you. However, if careless treatment seems to have caused the break, we will charge a small fee for replacement costs.
Our mattresses are made of a blue nylon material that is antimicrobial, bed bug proof, waterproof, hypoallergenic, and dust mite resistant – plus, they're softer and more comfortable than typical dorm room beds. Blue nylon is extremely hygienic and is often used in luxury hotels for its superior cleanliness and comfort. At the end of each year, we disinfect and wash our mattresses with a cleaning solution meant specifically for nylon.
